I had the opportunity to speak at Leopardship 6.0 on the important connection between digital skills, youth development, and health.
During my session, I discussed how technology and digital skills are creating new opportunities for young people in Pakistan. With the rapid growth of freelancing, remote work, entrepreneurship, AI, and the global digital economy, young people can now access career opportunities beyond traditional employment.
I shared insights from my own experience in the technology and freelancing industry and emphasized the importance of developing practical, market-relevant skills. Learning a digital skill is only the first step; young professionals also need communication, problem-solving, adaptability, professionalism, and a continuous learning mindset.
Alongside career development, I highlighted the importance of health and personal well-being. As young people increasingly spend long hours working on computers and mobile devices, maintaining a healthy balance between professional growth and physical activity is essential. Building a successful career should not come at the expense of one's health.
We also discussed how youth can use technology positively—not only to earn an income, but also to learn, collaborate, build communities, create businesses, and contribute to society.
The session provided an opportunity to engage with young participants, exchange ideas, and discuss how digital skills and healthy lifestyles can together contribute to more productive and empowered youth.
It was a pleasure to be part of Leopardship 6.0 and to share my experiences with an audience passionate about personal growth, technology, and creating a better future.
