I had the opportunity to conduct an AI Automation Workshop at the Chamber of Commerce Sargodha, where I engaged with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals to explore how Artificial Intelligence and automation can be applied to modern businesses.
The workshop focused on moving beyond the hype around AI and understanding its practical business applications. I discussed how businesses can use AI to automate repetitive tasks, improve productivity, streamline operations, enhance customer communication, and reduce the time spent on manual processes.
During the session, I introduced participants to practical AI automation concepts, including AI-powered workflows, chatbots, data processing, lead management, customer support, marketing automation, and business process automation. I also discussed how tools and platforms can be connected to create automated workflows without requiring businesses to build everything from scratch.
A key focus of the workshop was helping business owners identify opportunities within their own operations where automation can create value. Rather than adopting AI simply because it is trending, businesses should first identify repetitive and time-consuming processes and then determine where AI can effectively improve them.
We also discussed the changing role of AI in the business world and how entrepreneurs can use these technologies to become more efficient while allowing their teams to focus on higher-value activities such as strategy, creativity, customer relationships, and growth.
The workshop provided an excellent opportunity to connect technology with the real-world challenges faced by businesses in Sargodha.
